Firm founder Letitia Quinones-Hollins discussed new developments in the Antonio Armstrong, Jr. trial on KPRC-TV’s digital series, “The Bench.” The developments included the discovery of new DNA evidence and another delay in trial. Antonio Armstrong, Jr is accused of killing his parents when he was just 16 years old. He has been tried twice and both trials ended in hung juries. As the legal expert, Ms. Quinones-Hollins discussed what type of DNA may have been discovered, the reasons certain documents have been sealed from public view, and what the judge in the case may be doing to protect the defendant’s constitutional rights.
