Recognition in The Best Lawyers in America is based entirely on peer review. Honorees are nominated and then voted on by recognized Best Lawyers working in the same practice area and located in the same geographic region. Those with the highest peer reviews are then thoroughly reviewed by Best Lawyers. To learn more about Ms. Quinones-Hollins’ Best Lawyers honor, visit the Best Lawyers website.
